Our 80 x 80 cm pillow is filled with 100% kapok – the natural fibre from the seed pods of the kapok tree. The cover is white organic cotton, GOTS certified and tested for harmful substances to OEKO-TEX Standard 100. Every pillow is filled by hand in Germany.
Kapok is light, regulates moisture and keeps its support: the pillow does not go flat, does not rustle and has no chemical smell. The filling is vegan and a purely natural product.
A zip runs along the whole short side. If you prefer to lie lower, take some kapok out; if you need more support, top it up – for example with our kapok refill.

Why kapok?
The Minky Mooh pillow is encased in organic cotton and filled with 100% natural kapok — hand-filled in Germany. This makes the difference compared to pillows with synthetic filling.
Kapok grows in the fruit capsules of wild-growing trees. We fill our pillows 100% with it — without polyester filling, without Styrofoam balls.
Kapok regulates moisture: What you release at night does not accumulate in the pillow. So it doesn't feel damp even after hours.
Many pillows are filled with polyester filling or Styrofoam balls. We rely on pure Kapok fiber:
A zipper runs along the entire narrow side. Remove kapok if you want to lie flatter, or refill if you need more support — with our kapok filling material.

Shipped in cardboard and packing paper — without plastic wrap. The cover is washable at 60 °C if you remove the kapok beforehand.

Yes, you can return new and unused items within 30 days of receipt. For our nursing pillow, we offer a 30-day trial period, so you can also test it and return it. More information can be found in our return policy.
For our nursing pillows, Minky Mooh covers the return shipping costs within Germany — this is part of our 30-day trial period. A supplied cover can also be returned free of charge if it comes back with the nursing pillow. For all other items, you bear the direct costs of return shipping.
