Would you like to return something? Here is how it works. The binding text is our right of withdrawal.

Withdrawal within 14 days

As a consumer you can withdraw from your contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The period starts on the day you received the goods. The easiest way is our online withdrawal form or an email to mail@minkymooh.de – please always include your order number.

30-day returns and 30-day nursing trial

In addition to the statutory right of withdrawal, you can return new and unused items within 30 days of receipt. You may also try out our nursing pillows during this time and return them used (30-day nursing trial).

Return shipping costs

Nursing pillows: For nursing pillows we pay the return shipping within Germany. A nursing pillow cover that was delivered together with the nursing pillow can also be returned free of charge if you send it back together with the pillow. Please let us know before sending it back by emailing mail@minkymooh.de with your order number.

All other items – for example baby blankets, nursing pillow covers bought on their own, kapok filling or skincare: you bear the direct cost of returning them.

Excluded goods

The right of withdrawal expires early for sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery.

Refund

We refund all payments, including the cost of standard delivery, no later than 14 days after receiving your withdrawal, using the same means of payment you used. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have proven that you sent them. Depending on your bank, it can then take a few business days for the money to appear in your account.

Damaged or wrong delivery

Did something arrive damaged, is something missing or did you receive the wrong item? Please write to us at mail@minkymooh.de with your order number and, if possible, a photo, or call us on +49 5242 9939003. Your statutory warranty rights remain unaffected.
